Last week was a tough episode for most of us living in Metro Manila. WIth total rainfall almost close to Ondoy, the number of death equalled to 49 along with millions of losses in property and farm land. Indeed, this is one event I hope to forget. I didn’t bear seeing fellow pinoys especially kids, lolos and lolas suffer like that. On the other side, I’m glad that the government agencies and different organizations braved the floods and rescued thousands of people. Truly bayanihan, truly pinoy! PROJECT: MOONSOON RELIEF is a group of Fashion Designers, Artists, Photographers, Models and Volunteers who come together to stage a Charity Show and Sales Event for the benefit of August 2012 Monsoon Rain victims.
MISSION: Staging together the representatives from Fashion and Art Industries through an interactive event of inspiration, innovation and individuality with the end goal of helping the Filipinos who suffered in the calamity

COLLECTION DROP-OFF: Monday, 13 Aug 2012 from 10am to 9pm at VPA De Stilo Salon, 102 Ground Floor, 1144 Heartland Building, Chino Roces Ave. (formerly Pasong Tamo) San Antonio Village Makati. Cross Streets are Kamagong & Estrella St.
Each designer is requested to supply 6-8 garments in your collection. One of the garments should be in LARGE or EXTRA LARGE since we are planning to have socialites model one of your creations during the last segment of the show. If you are including accessories, kindly number the garments and the matching accessories. Ideally, we would like to showcase garments in blue, yellow, red and white which are the colours of our flag. However, if this is a challenge, any colour would do.
All accessory designers are requested to provide clothing that will match your accessories unless previous arrangements from other participating designers have been made.
Each designer is requested to donate an outfit for auction on the night of the show.
ITEMS FOR SALE:
All designers are requested to participate on the on-site sale that will commence at the same time of the fashion show. An inventory sheet must be printed and emailed to email@example.com and inform us in advance how much percentage of the sales you would like to donate to Red Cross. You may bring the items for sale at 10am at the show venue. Each designer must have an assigned sales person from their company to monitor sales and attend to all sales enquiries.
You must select five (3) songs to be played with your collection runway. These must be uploaded to a CD and brought with you when you drop off your collection or be sent with your collection if being couriered. These will then be passed onto the DJ who will make a mix of your song choices to be played on the night of your runway.

Please email your logo to firstname.lastname@example.org do ASAP. These are to be in JPEG or PDF format. We will do our best to display your logo during your segment.
The runway show will commence at 8:00pm with guests arriving at 7:00pm.
Collection pick-up will be on Tuesday, 22 August 2012 from 10am to 9pm at the same address where collection was dropped off.
